Originally Unity Constructions , an ambitious firm, set up in the year 2006, has seen a steady growth ever since its inception.
Space 31, an I T facility is the most recent project constructed and commissioned by Unity Constructions. Located in South Pune, it provides co-working spaces to the IT industry and also serves as an incubator and accelerator.
In order to support the ecosystem we thrive upon, Space 31 has incubated a leading cloud computing institute of the city, ‘ CloudAge’ and has thrown open its facilities & infrastructure, at minimal utility charges, to the students of IT & non-IT alike.
Having completed quite a few projects under the firm, earning repute in South Pune for innovative designs & well-drafted specifications & with an exceptional core team of associates at hand, we advanced to incorporate Unitas Developers Pvt. Ltd, as our new flagship, which enjoys the brand identity of Unity Constructions.

Founded Unitas Developers P. Ltd. in order to carry out his vision of building a real estate development company that focuses on using impeccable service and superior technology to assist clients. A Civil Engineer & a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in real estate development, Shaqib Ali leads the growth strategy of the firm. Prior to founding Unitas Developers P. Ltd, Shaqib Ali spent over 12 years as an engineering professional for leading Construction companies in India and abroad.
